E-clearance form \u2013 how to settle your account with the Library?<\/h1>\n\n\n

Dear All!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new procedure for settling library accounts is now in place. Students and PhD studentes who are completing their studies or training at the University of Wroc\u0142aw must settle their accounts with the Library \u2013 they no longer need a paper obligation card. Settlements are made electronically via the so-called \u2018e-clearance\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The library e-clearance is an electronic method of confirming the settlement of accounts with the libraries of the University of Wroc\u0142aw. It replaces the traditional paper-based document workflow. The settlement is carried out via the university\u2019s USOSweb system \u2013 without the need to collect signatures or submit paper documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who does the e-clearance form apply to?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The library e-clearance form applies to all students and PhD students of the University of Wroc\u0142aw, completing their studies or training from the 2025\/2026 academic year onwards, as well as those who drop out of their studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to complete the e-clearance form step by step<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Return all borrowed materials to all UoW libraries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Settle any outstanding fees for overdue materials (if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Contact the Wroclaw Universitry Library’s Local Lending Department or send a message from your university e-mail address (in the uwr.edu.pl<\/em> domain) requesting clearance of the e-clearance form to: sw.bu@uwr.edu.pl<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If you are enrolled in more than one degree programme, indicate in your message which programme should be cleared by the library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The library will confirm your clearance electronically in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Information about the clearance will be automatically transferred to the e-clearance form in USOSweb \u2013 no further action is required on your part.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
