Obligation cards for graduating students

Students who are graduating and do not have borrowed books in Faculty Library could send a scan of their obligation card in order to settle their library account to: biblioteka.wpae@uwr.edu.pl.

After checking the account, a scan of the card with the appropriate stamp will be sent back to the student.

Students who do not have the obligation card and want to settle their library account may download a duplicate form Library website:
